How to Register for a Parent/Teacher Conference?

LOGIN using your moodle username and password for your child.
NOTE: If you have more than one child, you must login separately using your moodle username and ID for each child. If you don't remember your password, please contact the school. |

ENTER and VERIFY information on the booking form. Please select who is making the appointment and enter any pre-conference comments you may have for the teacher. It is optional to enter your mobile number.

BOOK a 10-MINUTE CONFERENCE with the teacher of your child by selecting:
a) Campus b) Department/Grade c) Teacher d) 10-minute slot
(repeat this procedure for additional bookings with other teachers).
NOTE: Please book only the teachers you wish to see. Do not Double-book" yourself with different teachers at the same time. You should also review the map to plan your appointments to reduce back and forth travel (E.g., book Math after Science, English after Social Studies, etc.; see image below). ALSO, please make sure to check the "building" that the teacher is in. In some cases, you may have to move visit the Male Campus and the Female Campus to see the teachers you wish to see. Note that an announcement will sound over the PA system every 10 minutes to remind you to please move to your next appointment. Please respect your fellow parent's appointment times.

CLICK "MY BOOKING" to review (see main menu). Print out the booking page if you wish using your browser's "Print" function, then Logout.
NOTE: You can login any time to check your appointments, cancel appointments, or add additional appointments using "My Booking." |
